ordered books and never received or any money back

I ordered books at GALILEO in 2015 January , my daughter did not receive the booklets after numerous calls I ordered on line they were suppose to deliver at school to date I did not receive anything my ref no was OVK9827<br> they are used to taking money and not deliver
