October order still not fullfilled & bad treatment

I placed an order with Galileo books on the 24th October 2014 for High School books. We are now in March and I still have not received all books ordered. The queues are so long that despite my child having tried numerous times to collect she's had to go back to class to avoid getting a demerit. My child went for the 3rd time to collect a book I was advised via e-mail was ready for collection on the 11th Feb yesterday and was given a 3rd excuse : we don't have stock. I don't know who owns this company, but your staff are *********** and the way the children are dealt with is appalling! You are not providing leisure books, they are necessary resources for kids to pass grades! There are many children who have complained about the woman's treatment toward them, yet she continues to behave in an unprofessional manner.
