No Feedback!.

I had entered the wrong email address when i signed up , Not realising , It took me straight into their website. I bought a book online. Now i cannot log on. I have sent multiple emails last week and have gotten no response. Today 03/08/2015 i called them a few times and only got through twice. The first time i got through the lady said she cant help me but her work colleague can , She was also not very helpful. The second call the lady was not really interested in helping , she gave me her email address to email my issue. I emailed her this morning, To my surprise no response as yet. I need this book as i am using it for my assignment which is due on the 21/08/2015. I have absolutely no joy dealing with Galileo Books. Either i get a refund for my book or they let me change my email. A response would be much appreciated.
