Galileo Books - Not suppling school text books

We order school books from Galileo books in December 2014 and paid in full for the order, it is March and we are still waiting for the order to be completed. Our child had to write exams this term without having important text books. Ronelle and all her staff lie to their customers and are full of empty promises. Promising refunds, or giving delivery dates that they don't comply to. They should not be allowed to be the supplier of school text books to any school.
