Galileo books don't refund money and over priced.

school text books were bought from Galileo book at the beginning of 2015 for grade 10 Zwartkop High School<br> cash was handed over to Galileo books. there was a stock issue on text books so my wife sourced them from another supplier. to date we have not received our refund. My son went on numerous occasions to collect the money at school but they never had cash with them. I have been to their offices and sent Ronelle owner/manager sms with all the info she required and still no response from Her or Her staff. these people have no scruples and are happy to walk away with your hard earned cash.
