Bad bad service & refund

I bought a tablet for my so R600 and received a faulty tablet. I returned July 2024 and asked for a refund till today nothing. Friday the 06.09.2024 I was promised to be refunded that Friday or Saturday the 7th but nothing. Now when I call them they don't answer. I'm disappointed with their service and they must remember that money doesn't fall from trees
