Galaxy.com Financial Services - do they still exist? Absolutely no way of communicating with them

Is there a rating of 0 stars? Did crypto business with Galaxy in 2017. They changed their app and systems. I have spent literally hours in an attempt to communicate with anyone at Galaxy Financial Services, to no avail. There are communication boxes on their website - have captured my detail numerous times, no response. Have sent emails - no response. Does the company actually still exist?
