Very disappointing

Poor service ever!!! Empty promises!!!

Now I was promised the tombstones will be fixed on The 10th March. I enquired yesterday and I was reassured. It will b done today

Today the guy going assigned to render the service is saying he is tired and home is far and sandy I'm wasting his time. So the employees r employed to say these to the customers?
