Good day I paid for my grandparents tombstone to be rewritten in November 2016 and this year in February I kept going to the head office in Jhb to enquire when they will do the job cause I don't owe them anything I paid in full and they kept giving me the run around and then I contacted the boss and it was the same thing she then said I must give them the message to be written on the tombstone which I did in July but to date no service has been provided by those people and now I told them I want my money back I even opened a case against them of ***** but still they have not refunded my money and when I call they either don't answer or they rude and say we will pay you
