Waitronzilla from Galaxy grill

<p>We were celebrating a friends birthday today the waitress over charged us with wine we asked her to void the wine b4 she even took our meals order but it Was on d bill. Plus there menu says the price of a taquila is R20 but I Ws charged R40 and when I asked about that the answer was form the waitress "OUR MENUS HAVE CHANGED AND U ALREADY DRANK IT" being shout banging the book for orders. When I asked where are the new menus why we were not notified about it "WE DNT HAVE THEM" still shouting and banging the book. I ask for the Mananger she was MIA (missing in action) didn't even bother to come to our table. 1 friend of mine went to the till to void the wine and meet the mananger she ddnt even apologize she was like" u drank it and so have to pay 4 it".<br />My point here is that customers are treated like that and it wasn't the 1st time going to Galaxy grill/bingo and I'm always treated with respect I've never been shout at by a waitress in my life, I was astonished that was a jaw dropper. Worse part of all the problem wasn't the money I just wanted clearity of the bill. </p>
