They Really just don't care!!

Galaxy grill gateway, wow. So today, I decided to visit my favorite grill (galaxy) in gateway and take my visiting cousin with. And guess what we're greeted with? A very grumpy waitress. She completely ignores us as we walk in (she was right at the door) then I approach her to ask if she can show us in and she said "oh just find a table in there and sit", about 10min later, still have nobody coming to us to take our drink orders. Anyway, so I decide I'll just get up and ask one of them to please take our order. They all looked around like I just said I soiled my pants (what's worse, the manager is one of the people I'm telling this to), you'd think we'd get some service from there on hey? He looked around acting confused, still not prepared to do anything and still DID NOTHING until we decided to leave. This is shocking service. I personally think that if people don't enjoy their work then they should stop doing it, all this negativity they're spreading is really unnecessary. I really do hope they get their act together (or change management) because they make really good food.
