Terrible service, food and attention to detail

I booked at Galaxy Grill for Mothers day at 14:00pm. Upon arrival, I was notified that my reservation was not taken down by the lady at the front and advised to wait in the line which consisted of 6 other families. Whilst, requesting to call the manager, I went through the reservation book myself where I found my reservation. All well and good waiting 10 minutes to get a table as it was fully booked, waited a further 10 minutes to get served by a waiter who did not bother giving us menus. We decided to have the carvery, which was the worst mistake ever. The food was cold and only one person was standing behind to assist. Additionally, once food was finished no one bothered to fill the dishes. The price is definitely not worth the service and food. Overall, the experience, management and food was horrific and I will never recommend anyone trying out this place. Thanks for ruining Mother's day!!!
