Terrible service

Myself and 2 friends went for supper to galaxy grill Pavilion we ordered and was waiting for our meals, 1 hour went by and we asked 2 waiters to check how long it was going to take , we got no reply, then we asked to talk to the manager the waiter said she will be with us shortly but she never came. I had to go to her my self and eventually cancel the food order. This incident occurred on Friday the 18th of December 2015, at around 20:00.
