Terrible management

This is the second time that I have visited galleria galaxy grill. There is no one to seat you so you stand there waiting until you get tired and seat yourself. It takes the waiter about 15 minutes to notice you and bring a menu. Once your food arrives that's the last time you will see your waiter as they don't check up on u. I witnessed a customer getting up with her plate and walking to the kitchen counter to hand in her underdone steak and another to call a waiter . The staff don't smile . They don't even have a sense of urgency just stand around and talk. At any given time there is never anyone on the floor to see to you. Its a pity that although they are affordable and make really good ribs, all of that means nothing with such **** service. They need to learn to smile and be more attentive to customers. Also if you are selling ribs atleast provide a bowl to wash fingers or wet wipes and not just one serviette.
