No Hostess & Understaffed

I went to the Galaxy Grill at Galleria - Amanzimtoti. Nobody was present to greet you at door and to direct you to your table. After standing there for a few minutes I went to the cashier where all the waiters were crowded. I asked if I could sit for lunch and they rep**** yes. I asked about the hostess, they said that they do not have one. I chose a table for 2, of which was uncleared from the previous diners. I eventually cleared the table myself. Looking around the restaurant was not full and much of the tables were not cleared. It seemed like a shortage of waiters. I sat for around 15min and nobody attended to me. I helped myself to the menus and called a waiter to come to me. She then took my drinks order as well as my starters and main meals. I noticed lots of patrons walking in and much of them walking out. Lots of them were complaining that they have been sitting for a long time and nobody has attended to them. The service delivery was pathetic and very delayed. I had to ask the waiter for serviettes as they did not supply when the cutlery was delivered to the table. I had to wait about 7 min for a steak knife to arrive. This restaurant will close if they continue like this
