Lack of service and no interest in customers

Went to Galaxy Grill Galleria for valentines dinner, waited at the door to be seen n staff continued passed us as if we were not there, eventually 10 minutes later someone came to the front desk n said we could go sit, Was seated at a dirty table with used cutlery and glasses on it. No menus waited for 20 minutes nobody came to attend to us. Phoned the manager at casino she said she would get the manager at the restaurant to assist but nothing happened. The restaurant was less than 50% full the staff are walking around aimlessly setting tables but not attending to people at tables basically walking passed us and made no attempt of finding out if we were ok. Lack of service will never go back. For it being Valentine's day places have queues outside their doors n slow service is expected but this was pathetic not busy at all n still no service.
