Kitchen nightmare - Galaxy Grill(Bingo) Pavilion

This past sunday I went to the Galaxy and Grill with family at the pavilion in durban. At first I was surprised that the restaurant being so well designed and comfortable was soooo empty whilst all the competitors were full.

The reasons for this was soon realised..........We had placed our orders promptly as we where assisted by the waiter Brandon, we then had to wait 40 mins before any meals came to the table (Breakfast meals) and when the meals eventually came the orders where all wrong. I then consulted with the Manager at the time being Bradley who did not apologise for anything and to be honest seemed highly *********** to be a restaurant manager....Brandon the waiter seemed more suited as he immediatly apologised and tried to help. The manager Barry sent some meals back to be corrected as he stated some of the items we ordered was not in stock( this should of been commuincated to the waiters so they can communicate this to the customers but even the waiters where not informed of items not being in stock). I had ordered a breakfast with pork sausages and was served a horrible (boarderline off) beef sausages with no notification from any restaurant staff that they substituted the sausages in my plate. Furthermore the eggs where served RAW and the butternut in my wifes plate was certainly way past due. My father suffered and ate his meal as everything was tasting bad even the steak. Just a heads up sausages are a no go at Galaxy pavilion.

The manager barry never came again and spoke to us after we picked up more problems to clarify after countless requests made by waiters to communicate with us. To me he didnt seem interested and looked as if he just wanted to go home and hide.

I never want anything for nothing but these meals was a waste of money and a lot of time. To pay for such bad food is incredible. Galaxy pavilion needs Gordan Ramsey.

Hope to hear from ownership.
