HORRIFIC

I am digusted at the service we received from both galaxy the gaming and from the resturant itself!

We had no service where we actuallybwoke up and left...

There is a manager who told us "Just wait"

He has no manners and he is so rude

We waited 20 minutes to receive the money we won in the machine section of the facility!

Pavilion galaxy has left the worse taste in mouth and as a family we would never be back to this establishment!

Is this the manner in which you treat your customers? I am shocked that you guys are still opened

Please train your staff and tech them manners at least!!!!!!!!!!!!
