Bad breakfast day at galaxy Grill- learn don't defend your style of cooking

Been to Galaxy Grill umlanga for breakfast on the 29 September with my best friend.

Walked into this place and got a welcome from a guard. As I walked in a lady who was elderly served us and was abit confused to the menu even went back to ask if they have so and so anyways long story short

We have ordered breakfast my plate was fine as I ordered for fully done eggs anyways my friend asked for sunny side up well it arrived more like sunny side raw the while part was more like jelly anyways complained and ask for a new one the lady goes upto the manager and they requested for a new batch well guess what the same occurred raw slimy sunny side up..... They even took sooo long to make it.... We was so hungry that we said enough of fighting let's just eat what's cooked.... Manager comes up to us and ask everything fine? Stated yeah its okay it's still raw but the manager was a young guy looked like his around his 20z he stated but isn't you ordered for sunny side up and that's why we make it like that was Soooo rude anyways..... Your guys breakfast would be great if u take bad feedback and make it better don't cross the line by defending how yourll cook coz if I had to cook it ill show u what's sunny side up looks like cooked egg however the yoke must be raw.....
