Appalling service once again

I am extremely appalled by the service I have received at the galaxy grill restaurant last night. I had called the waitress 3 times to place an order last night but she completely ignored me. I eventually went to speak to the manager and the same waitress told me that they are understaffed and someone else must help me because she is too busy. Shocked at her attitude I requested a manager who she refused to call and eventually came an took my order. In the middle of my bingo game she came and asked for my order which we only gave her the food order as we were busy playing bingo. She laughed at Me. She never came back to take drinks order (could not give her that as was occupied playing bingo at the time of the order). She did not even check if we were ok, neither did she bring the bill. I could have walked out the store and she wouldn't have cared. I don't understand how can Galaxy employ such rude people. We had to eventually leave Galaxy and go to another restaurant to have drinks. Is this the service u expect to give your customers?
