Very Bad Service

We bought a wedding set in December. We took the ring to be resized AND to be melted together!!! We received the wrong persons warranty when we purchased the ring, after having to phone them we could collect the ring today. They were supposed to phone me!! It takes a week to do repairs which is unacceptable, never the less when we got there the ring was only resized and NOT A SET!!! Our wedding is on Saturday and I have no ring :(. The one responsible hides behind the counter as the other one tells us, we only asked for the ring to be resized. NO APPOLOGY just we are at fault and it will now take another week!!!! HELLO WEDDING IS ON SATURDAY!!!!
