SHOCKING

In September 2015 my fiance bought my engagement ring at Galaxy & Co. It had to be re-sized.<br> Literally two months later in December 2015 the stone fell out due to poor quality workmanship as the shank under the stone was cracked. This we were told by the staff. <br> Now we've been informed that we must replace the stone and they will GLADLY do the work free of charge.<br> Really???? They couldn't do the work properly the first time round and now they want to do shoddy work again and we must replace the stone that was lost due to their poor workmanship!!<br> <br> Unacceptable! I will NEVER EVER recommend Galaxy to ANYONE!!!!
