Repairs on watch at Galaxy

Good day,<br> <br> I bought a watch at Galaxy in Kokstad in April 2015. This was a birthday gift to my husband the little turner to set time with came out and we took it in, the watch was in for repairs for two months not long after that we experienced the same problem and when we went to Galaxy the lady wanted 2 send it in for repairs again which my husband refused to because he feels that the watch has a problem and we cant keep on sending the watch in for repairs which will take another two months. Shereen also mentioned that we might have to pay for the repairs if it gets sent for repairs and they find it is due to customer negligence that it needs to be fixed. I then took the watch back and phoned Head office and spoke to Sheena Ruiters, who did not help much and just said the best they can do is send it in for repairs. I am very disappointed in this type of service and I will never buy anything there again.
