Refusing to give me my due REFUND,UNFAIR CUSTOMER TREATMENT

I bought an Item from galaxy&co which I was not satisfied with so I returned it.I was told that it was gonna take 5 days but now it has been over 15 days.When I follow up I am now being told that they will offer me a gift card,I DONT WANT IT!!!!Ive been in contact with Sheena Ruiters who constantly promises me an update but never gets back to me.Im the one that always follows up and she keeps saying she is waiting for someone in finace whose name and contact she refuses to give me.I want my money back and wish I never have to deal with Glaxy and co. ever.Very rididculous setveice.
