No Response in 4 days on Quote

I handed my ring in at Galaxy & Co Keywest for a quote on resizing my ring and solder my wedding bands together. The gentleman at the desk could not assist me. He told me to come back because the lady that can assist has gone to Pick & Pay? We then left and went back after 30 minutes and handed in the rings. After 5 minutes of leaving the store, the lady phoned me to ask me to come back to check my size... I had to walk all the way back to the shop again to have the size taken. I was promised that they would phone me back on Monday 28/08/2017 with a quote. It is now Thursday, 31/08/2017 and still have not had feedback?

Please can someone respond to this as I am highly disappointed with the service or lack thereof.
