My wedding ring still not back

i did send my wedding ring for repairs at Galaxy & co wonderpark mall in pretoria.It was send for repairs on the 09th of May 2018,and i was told it will take 8 weeks.on the 7th week i was called by the shop that my ring is still not back and the shop is closing.they promised me that their head office will be in contact with me to tell me where will i get my ring and how.I was never called even today.i tried to call the head office with no success.i tried to even contact the Jewelery council of south Africa still no success. please assist me in getting my wedding ring back.
