Must I throw the Le Montre watch away

<p>The strap of my Le Montre Watch purchased ast Galaxy and Co less than 2 years ago broke and it seems like my Domestic got rid of the broken strap in the process. The watch is still in working condition and is a Nice watch that will look better on my arm than in my Purse.</p> <p>I went into Galaxy and Co as I tried ither Jewellers and they cannot fix it and said I should take it back to Galaxy and Co as they were the Agents. Went into the store on the 10 May 2017 and what a Total waste of time. They have discontinued the line. I have no problem with that but they cannot refer me or put me in contact with the Original Manufacturer which is Le Montre. Hallmark Watches, Fossil Watches and other brands have a after sales support structure. The strap of the Le Montre watch is built in so cannot be replaced so a watch that I spent R400 on nothing else wrong with it can be thrown away or I need to take it out of my bag all the time to view the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>Sad and disappointed as I have no problem you can sell what you want in your store but the After Sales support should not cease to exist because of this.</p> <p> </p>
