jewellery tarnishing

i bought a chain and bracelet.<br> the goods started tarnishing after a few days. on returning the goods i was informed that they could not refund me.<br> i was given a voucher for the value of the goods.<br> <br> the goods are defective and i expect a refund. i do not intend to purchase anything else from galaxy & co.
