Inferior products, refuse to exchange.

Galaxy and co. sold my mother inferior, extremely low quality jewellery from Crystal Creations that the silver started coming off of in 2 days to reveal a copper colour underneath, then told us that it was cheap jewellery we purchased, at the same price most jewellers charge for sterling silver, then refused to exchange it, even though it was clearly pure quality as it was out of it's warrenty (30 days). This was purchased on the 27th of November as a Christmas gift and we tried to return it on the 27th of December.<br> <br> If you buy jewellery from Galaxy and co. you expect quality, now they basically tell me that they sold my mother inferior, extremely low quality jewellery at the same price that you can pay for sterling silver at many other jewellers. <br> <br> The care instructions were followed carefully, but nowhere in the care instructions does it tell you that you are not allowed to where the jewellery at all.<br> <br> Having purchased jewellery almost exclusively from Galaxy and co. since I can remember I am extremely disappointed with Galaxy and co. in selling such low quality, inferior products. This is not at all the kind of quality you'd expect from Galaxy and co.<br>
