Great service

<p>i wanted to enquire about replating a white gold ring and engraving it, so lynette the lady assisting me was absolutely friendly and helpful she told me how much it will be and push beyond boundaries and referred me to someone that she knew who will be able to engrave for me as galaxy is not able to do so. she kept me in the loop all the time and her attitude towards me is that she has to give good service because there could be an after sale and that even though i purchaseed the ring at a different branch i am still a customer of galaxy i havent seen suc great service in many stores i am absolutely happy with her and feel that she should be recognised in her organisation. she has a better attitude than her manageress, togida is the most rudest person ever i dont think il ever deal with them again and if lynette is not in i wont go to galaxy or call and do business</p>
