Galaxy and Co Fails at Customer Service and TCF

- 1 star<br> 21:46. <br> <br> What revolting service. I have been dying for a pair of diamond ear rings so my boy friend kindly bought me some for my 30th birthday. It was a big birthday so he bought them ahead of time and asked if he would be able to change them. The sales lady obviously said whatever she needed to, to make a sale... and said of course. I don't want the earrings but they wont change them. <br> I find this against treating customers fairly. The sales lady told my boyfriend that she told him he wont be able to change them... But there is no way he would have bought them then! Tonight I look at the valuation certificate and all the information is incorrect. This store is revolting and values their good incorrectly. I am absolutely disgusted by the service. I still have a sizeable voucher which they \so kindly"agreed to exchange and don't even want anything from the store it has left such a bad taste in my mouth """
