False information

My husband and i purchased a ring for our wedding. We bought it one week in advance as per the sales lady saying it would take a week to resize. We went one week later to pick it up only to hear it would take two weeks, only if it was sent privately it would take one week. When they eventually called us two weeks later we ended up paying 340 rand extra and to find out it was sent in privately. Without letting us know. My husband said when he signed for it there was an amount of 230 rand. We are extremely upset.
