Diamonds

In August this year i got and engagement ring from galaxy and co and i proposed in july, by the end of july a diamond fell out and i wanted to refund and they refused because the ring was cut ( it was cut by Galaxy& co) so they offered to repair it. a week later the diamond fell out again and when i called I asked for the manager because i did not want the ring anymore and the lady told my they would call me but managment still hasnt called. I pciked up the ring and the lady infront said they wont be repairing the ring anymore. I feel like they sold me something really bad and should have gave me a refund because they cut the ring to fit my fiances finger i did not go anywhere else. The lady infront has a stinking attitude and made me feel like its my fault the diamond keeps falling out. I am really disssapointed wit Galaxy & Co
