Damaged engagment ring !!!!!!

<p>My boyfriend purchased my engegment ring from Galaxy and Co on the 23 September 2016 he then took it for resizing at Vangate Mall on the 25 September he gave me the ring on the 1 October 2016 on the 2 October I noticed that the ring was damaged and that the gold underneath the ring was thinner than the opposite site the ring was boken on one site we then took the ring back to Vangate Mall and showed the mananger and my boyfriend explained how embarrassing this was for him she just was rolling her eyes she just said you wont pay for the repairs obviously he cant its a new ring horrible workmanship for such a huge company</p> <p>I wil not reccommend anyone to buy from Galaxy and co the quality of the Jewelry is cheap and customer service is worse !!!!!!!</p>
