Broken Rings and Missing Diamonds

<p>My wife and I are recenlty married. In June/July last year we purchased both our wedding rings at Galaxy and Co in Keywest Shopping Center. My wife ring was perfect but mine needed to be resized. </p> <p> </p> <p>We were married at the end of September and started wearing our rings. By November my ring has snapped at the join. It was sent for repairs and came back again in the New Year.</p> <p> </p> <p>5 weeks back my wife noticed after climbing out of bed one morning that two of the stones were missing from her ring and I few days later mine snapped once again. My wife sent a complaint to the Head Office and was asked to take the ring into the shop. This was on the 01/04/2017. After promising they would be in touch, three weeks passed and we heard nothing. My wife had to phone for information regarding where the rings were. They told us we can expected to wait another 3 to 5 weeks before any more info is received back</p> <p> </p> <p>I am deeply upset by the service we received and disspointed in the quality of the products. </p>
