BLATANT THEFT AGAINST MY ITEM

Here's one for the book and people don't buy from Galaxy Century City. We were never informed around collection but once we did we were told we had collected it, which we did not. We then approached the store and manager Alice says to my wife that after 6 months that they let items go to defray even if the item has been payed for. I had to take my wife's present back twice for bad workmanship and now it's gone. The worst is the release procedure. They can't produce the slip to prove that exchange occurred and secondly they release my item to someone that's name is spelt Markay. Not that I cannot spell my own name. I would like to call it ******* but it's worse than that because you come out feeling guilty. My call is to boycott this institution at Century City. I don't need to ***** and all I wanted was my wife's present back. I took pictures of the incompetence and blatant theft. Now the staff are covering their failures. I will post this each and every month.
