BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been struggling to get my account closed from RCS GALAXY (GALAXY JEWELLERS) I have not used that account since Feb 2019 when I finished paying the account.

I have called and emailed numerous times but no one seems to be interested in assisting me with closing that account. I have previously emailed and a Chumani rep**** but now just ignores my emails and request.

I would please appreciate assistance with this matter so that I can get the account removed from my credit profile.
