Extreme disrespect
Such a disrespect for lack of better word, the blinds installer guy comes 45 minutes late for our appointment, I tell him I have 10:00 meeting and am going into my bedroom and will be with you at 10:30, at 10:20 the man knock at my bedroom door and I don't answer cause am in the meeting, he says he can't wait because he I going to the next customer. Still didnt answer cause I was still in meeting. He close the door of my bedroom and start searching my house all over for the gate remote, he finds it, open the gate, leave my house door open and my gate open. Who search their customers house without their permission and not care about my safety, leave my gate open and my house open without even thinking he must show how his blinds work. Terrible and disrespectful company I have ever came across in my life. The nerve to search my house

First I need to say we have never disrespected anyone and never will - I need to understand exactly how you came to that conclusion.
I will go through your points one by one....
45mins late - my team was late and called you when on the way - as this Monday the whole of JHB stormed - my staff was late and all teams were late for installations yet they completed all their job which I am very proud of. We called you and you said sure you understand so I find it very unfair you post this?
In meeting - yes you were in a meeting and at 10h20 my team knocked on the door - they could hear you were in a zoom meeting - and you said yes - which they then opened the door slightly and whispered to you that they were finished and they need to go as their day is delayed - they did NOT come in - you then said in a rude manner you will be done at 10h30. They then waited for you for 10h30 as you stipulated.
I still didn't answer - I find this very very hard to believe as my team waited for you - they will not respond in such a way if you ignored them.
My team stored the old curtain rail in your garage as you asked them to removed which they agreed and was no problem at all - Your welcome for that.
Searched my house - untrue - over the phone you imp**** that they searched your house - opening all doors etc which is false - I asked you for proof and you said you just know. the keys were on the table - the same room we installed blinds - being dining, tv and kitchen.
Leave and leave gates open - Untrue - at 10h40 you were still busy - they opened the gate and made sure all doors are closed including the auto close gate. They mad sure that all safety precautions are met as they know very well what crime is SA is all about - even the secure estate you live in.
I also see you love posting 1 star review on Hello Peter so this only makes me feel that this is in your nature to do this to companies which I can not control.
We can done thousands and thousands of jobs and all clients are satisfied and have never experienced this from us.
