Useless service and no support from management

Again the food and service stink at your Boksburg branch !! Useless to complain as management does nothing about it just wipe you off!! Waiter brought half the order then we had to wait for balance of order. Eventually it came but now the 1st “ delivery “ was cold. My wife addressed the manager Klaas but useless and not helping at all. The chili sauce was thick enough to plaster walls! Again this was brought under Klaas attention I’m still waiting for him to return with it!!
