Unbelievable poor service

My family and I have been coming to Galaxy bingo for more than 20 years but since Tsogo Sun took over the service levels has gone down the drain and nobody seems to give a damn! Numerous complaints have been logged but who is the customer now as they are doing you a favor serving you. The staff do what they want and if you order food well don't expect a decent meal, 2 weeks in a row now I had to send my food back because it was cold when it get to the table and when your food do get to the table warm you still need to wait for utensils. Common sense has it that you need utensils to eat not so???
