Throwing my steak in the trash.

Uitenhage Bistro - Tonight I ate a rump steak. Left over just less than half my steak. The 2nd waitress took our plates. When we went to pay we asked her were the steak was cause they didn't bring it back in the "doggy bag" like they normally do, we were told it was thrown in the trash. Do they know we pay for our food? Very very unprofessional.
