Smoke Extraction/AC System not working properly

I use the Slot Machines in the Smoking Area at Galaxy Bingo (Galleria) and spend approx. 4 x hours there at a time. By the time we leave, my eyes are burning, my chest is wheezing and my clothes stink, so I have to shower and rinse my eyes out, as soon as we get home.<br> <br> I have recorded 5 x Complaints in the Galaxy Bingo - Customer Complaint Book regarding the Smoke Extraction System not functioning properly in the Slot Machine Smoking Area. So far I have received 1 x Phone call in connection with one complaint and spoke to the manageress the second time.<br> <br> According to management comments in the complaint book, they are say that room is in a smoking area and that Galaxy Bingo are entitled to have 56 x people in the Smoking Area of the Slot Machines. \However"the Smoke Extraction / AC system cannot cope when there are 20 x people inside the smoking area\""<br> <br> The second hand smoke is not being extracted and the AC is merely rotating the same smoke inside the smoking area. The system is insufficient for the volume of people.<br> <br> Galaxy Bingo (Galleria) have not resolved the problem"
