Shocking Service

We attended the Galaxy Bingo in Galleria which is in amanzimtoti and the service was ridiculous. When we got to our table we had to ask the manager after about half an hour for our table to be cleared of the previous customers *******. We waited more than an hour for our waitress to come and check on us, all we wanted was the bill, furthermore we waited more than 40mins for bingo cards to be sold which is quite pathetic considering that people attending are primarily there to play bingo, we played about a maximum of 3 bingo games between link games throughout the night which is very slow. A general lack of enthusiasm and poor attitude was also experienced on this night in particular. I am extremely dissapointed at the service levels and feel that changes need to be made urgently.
