POWER FAILURE 2016-08-04

<p>At about 23:00 the power went off. The Mall still had power so the generators did not start. Some guy that looks like he is in charge said the problem is at the substation. We were stuck inside. They couldn't get the doors open. At about 00.00 they manage to get the side door open. They had no plan for a situation like that. One of the ladies start to take machine numbers, name of person, contact number and amount that was on the machine, on a piece of paper. No formal document!. Some had couple thousand Rand on machine. There was no guarantee that you will get your money. I gave my details and left. I don't know when the power came on. There were still a lot of people. What if the power did come on and someone cashed out a machine of a person that has left? Absolute poor management!</p>
