Poor service poor management

We visit the bingo the past 20 years and the service is just getting more and more pathetic! Last week cold food, this week food with no cutlery and waited 40 minutes for a cup of coffee. I am a loyal, paying customer so way should I beg for decent service on a weekly basis?? Just no improvement, change your management!!!!
