Poor service continues

I'm not sure if I helps at all to complain about Galaxy bingo as you don't even get a reply from management!! Besides the fact that you nearly wait 40 minutes for your pizza , when you eventually get your food it is cold. Last weekend the same issue and still management shined in their absence. Will this poor service ever improve????
