Poor service

I've always played slots at Galaxy Bingo and was able to withdraw without my ID as my ID was loaded on the system. Today I've played and wasn't able to withdraw without an ID. I had a copy of my ID saved on my mobile phone but was rejected by the cashiers and management. I've spent a lot of money at this place without them asking for my ID. This is annoying and unacceptable.
