Poor customer service as always

Once again I need to logged a complaint about the poor service delivery at Galaxy Bingo. Again I don't expect anything to come from it as they are that is always right and NOT the customer, they are doing u a favor by serving you! Complaints have been logged and HO management would phone and promise sweet nothings as nothing changes. No respect to customers or their time. On Friday all links that were supposed to be played on the hour were at least 10 minutes late and when I addressed it with the manager he gave the same 3 year old excuse, "we are short of people " on Saturday the same story... all links start at least 10 minutes late. Will the poor service ever improve??? Staff and management makes noise in the front whilst games are in play, talking about respect!
