Poooooor service ever

Calaxy Bingo uitenhage Ons of my poorly service ever from this company I took my family there for breakfast at 09H30 we arrive 10H03 after I started to complain of a table then they tell us to go and wait in the front after another 30min they give as n table then another 30 passed and still no service that after I personally when to the management 4 time and still no one wanted to assist us how can we wait more than 2 hours and no one want to help us
