Pathetic service and food

Hi we went to Galaxy Bingo Pavilion for supper. Customer service and hospitality is so poor. Ordered a bar one milkshake and tea. Milkshake was chocolate and a weak cup of tea , when we asked the waiter she looked at us and walked away . We pay for our food and expect decent and hot food but that was not the case . My steak was half hot and half cold. The skillet was cold. Spoke to the manager who has a don't care attitude. Food goes and takes a while to come back and still colder than it went,only the chips was hot this time. The manager doesn't care. What are we paying for. Staff that don't care and cold food that I won't eat or give to my dogs even. I couldn't believe how they just didn't care. They give us a small discount and that was supposed to be ok as if we wanted free food. I was so ****ed
